Are you feeling like you’re in a slump when it comes to your nutrition and health? You want to start eating better and get moving, but every time you start you go down a rabbit hole and end up overwhelmed? Join my upcoming 6 week nutrition group and let me help you get started! Each week we’ll focus on a different nutrition topic and I’ll suggest ways to apply this knowledge to your every day life. This is not a weigh loss program, it’s a program to help you gain guidance, knowledge and get you motivated to live your most nutritious life.

Personalized macros/eating guide
One 30 minute consultation (one-on-one) to discuss your own goals and how the group program will help you get started on them.
Topics: Some of the topics we’ll be covering are: Macronutrients, Gut health, Understanding food labels, Grocery Shopping, Fueling for movement.
Program Cost: $150
Duration: 6 weeks (Monday Sept 28 - Nov 9)
