OVERNIGHT LEMON CHIA PUDDING

Makes two servings 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cups unsweetened nut milk (your choice)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoon 100% maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh turmeric

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Put in fridge for 10 minutes, then take out and whisk again  Cover and put in fridge overnight. 

To serve:

Add a little more milk to taste and top with berries and walnuts  for extra flavor!
