SEEDY TURMERIC ENERGY BALLS 

Makes about 12 balls 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup hummus (your favorite type)

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 

  • 1-2 teaspoons ground turmeric

  • Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Scoop a small amount (with a small spoon or a small cookie scoop) and roll into a ball and place in a plate or tray.

  3. Refrigerate until they set, then store in an airtight container and keep them refrigerated (these can be frozen as well).
