SEEDY TURMERIC ENERGY BALLS
Makes about 12 balls
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup hummus (your favorite type)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons ground turmeric
Salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Scoop a small amount (with a small spoon or a small cookie scoop) and roll into a ball and place in a plate or tray.
Refrigerate until they set, then store in an airtight container and keep them refrigerated (these can be frozen as well).
