ANTI-INFLAMMATION MANGO SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup nut milk (or oat milk)
1/2 tbsp flaxseeds
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp turmeric
For your protein add one of the following:
Protein powder or Collagen peptides ( I recommend Vega Protein Powders)
Hemp seeds
Silken tofu
Additional flaxseeds
Oats
Ice
