ANTI-INFLAMMATION MANGO SMOOTHIE

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup nut milk (or oat milk)

  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric

  • For your protein add one of the following:

    • Protein powder or Collagen peptides ( I recommend Vega Protein Powders)

    • Hemp seeds

    • Silken tofu

    • Additional flaxseeds

    • Oats

  • Ice
