GREEN SMOOTHIE
1 handful of kale (or greens of your choice)
1/4 cup frozen zucchini
1/2 cup nut milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp Coconut oil or 1/2 avocado
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp Maca powder
For your protein add one of the following:
Protein powder or Collagen peptides ( I recommend Vega Protein Powders)
Hemp seeds
Silken tofu
Additional flaxseeds
Oats
Ice
