GREEN SMOOTHIE

  • 1 handful of kale (or greens of your choice)

  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini

  • 1/2 cup nut milk (unsweetened) 

  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil or 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric

  • 1 tbsp Maca powder 

  • For your protein add one of the following:

    • Protein powder or Collagen peptides ( I recommend Vega Protein Powders)

    • Hemp seeds

    • Silken tofu

    • Additional flaxseeds

    • Oats

  • Ice
